How pinching relieves tension ⬇️ Kochi-bum (꼬집음🇰🇷): Pinching to eliminate HAN (lingering resentment) to relieve KUPs. Kochi-bum is an easy but effective technique that can be applied anywhere with no equipment. 👉 KUP = Fear memories in your gut that cause tension & limit mobility Steps: 1️⃣ Enter F.Max state (maintain throughout) 2️⃣ Pinch your thumb and index in the air and look for directions of KUP 3️⃣ Imagine you have prey in your fingers and gently pinch to subdue it 🦁 Think of HAN as your prey: You are a primitive hunter and you've captured your prey in your fingers.
