HOW PAPAYA STARTED MY 3-YEAR MISSING PERIOD 🍑✨ This still blows my mind. This FRUIT got my period back after 3 YEARS of hypothalamic amenorrhea…. Although there’s no controlled scientific research on this, papaya has long been believed to help stimulate periods. It’s one of those fascinating natural remedies that’s been passed down for generations. 🍃 It’s thought to help because: ✔️ It contains carotene, which may help boost estrogen levels ✔️ It’s believed to promote uterine contractions ✔️ It’s packed with antioxidants and nutrients that support hormone health How much did I eat? I ate at least half a medium unripe papaya (about a quarter of this massive one in the video!) every day for 3 days, and my period came back. I didn’t eat the seeds or skin, just the flesh. 🍊 What’s even crazier? Around 10 girls have DM’d me privately saying papaya worked for them too. Some saw results in days, some over a few weeks!!!! the hormonal acne & inflammation was BAD after coming off hormonal BC. 1. coffee on an empty stomach in the morning (I used to be the coffee queen) - it spikes cortisol & blood sugar (even black coffee), both of which wreck our hormones & skin.
