#Parenting 101. Cucumbers+ Daniel Tiger = win. American Academy of Pediatrics Screen Time Recommendations 1. Avoid screens under 18 months unless FaceTiming family 2. Limit screen time as much as possible from 18-24 months, make sure to watch with them to help them understand. 3. Limit screens to under 1 hour a day from age 2-5. 4. Make sure programming is appropriate. Prioritize very slow moving educational content. Avoid fast cuts, crashes, explosions etc. We like Daniel tiger, Ms Rachel, Winnie the Pooh, and old school Blues Clues. #mom #screentime #kids #tv
