hi! i graduated with both my bachelor’s + master’s in biomedical engineering (neuroengineering concentration) while building a 7-figure business simultaneously but even with structure in place, i still had days where my nervous system defaulted to comfort—until i built the habit of using the 3-2-1 method follow to optimize your nervous system and make discipline easier 🧠 we make tens of thousands of micro-decisions a day. and when we pause too long, the brain often avoids anything that feels hard, unfamiliar, or uncomfortable the 3-2-1 method acts as a neurological pattern interrupt: you count down from 3, and move on 1—before hesitation has time to take over it reduces decision fatigue, bypasses overthinking, and reinforces action-taking circuits in the brain i use it every morning when my alarm goes off. no negotiating. just movement over time, your brain learns: action is the default save this if you’ve been stuck in hesitation. your nervous system can be trained ✅
I'll be honest—most of my life is spent in this room & it's really hard to share my biggest wins. Nobody around me seems to understand what it takes, it often feels like I'm bragging when I try to share with friends my age, my immigrant parents can't wrap their brains around my work, and all of this can be very isolating. In these moments, all I can do is pray to God and thank Him for his blessings. It is through Him that I can do any of this and celebrating with Him always feels right. All glory to God ❤️
The best thing I ever did was to use my money to take care of my family and spend time with them. Never lose sight of what money is for. It’s not the end goal, it’s the medium in which you can create a better life for yourself and your loved ones. The moment you make money EVERYTHING, it becomes more limiting than freeing. That is not what you want.
1 system. full control. it’s not a planner. it’s not a productivity hack. it’s your nervous system — the operating system for your life. and dopamine is the signal it’s been trained to chase. every time you scroll, skip, or snooze… you’re reinforcing distraction. but your brain can be rewired. that’s what this protocol is for: → mental win: read, learn, think — sharpen your focus loop → physical win: move your body — raise your dopamine baseline → spiritual win: quiet the noise — reduce stress, restore calm → accountability win: log your actions — reinforce identity 90 minutes a day. to stop chasing dopamine hits… and start training your nervous system on purpose. follow to rewire your performance. 🧠
Let’s be completely honest… Majority of the world isn’t disciplined, which means that you’ll have to do things that are uncommon. In the eyes of most, you’ll likely be looked down upon but I promise you it’s well worth it.
this is a reminder to myself - sometimes i’ll overwork to the point where i lose sight of my own health. usually i’ll justify by saying it’s to build a future for my family but what good will it do if i’m not healthy enough to be there.
This is how I grew to 8M+ followers across my pages. But here’s the kicker—I did it while going through some massive transformations in my life. From being a student, to working with medical companies, to building my own startup, and then becoming a full-time creator—I never once felt stuck or burnt out. Hope this can be helpful!!
How to be confident on camera 👇🏻 ⭐️ Treat the Camera Like a Friend Talk to the camera as if it’s a close friend for a natural and conversational tone. ⭐️ Focus on Your Message Prioritize delivering value to your audience instead of worrying about yourself. ⭐️ Smile and Maintain Eye Contact Look into the lens and smile to build connection and appear confident. ⭐️ Use an Outline Bullet points keep you organized while letting you stay authentic. ⭐️ Practice Consistently The more you record, the more natural and confident you’ll feel. ⭐️ Embrace Imperfection Be genuine. Small flaws make you relatable and human.
👇🏻 i’m helping people neuroengineer their performance—so follow for more 🧠 ever heard of inemuri? it’s a japanese practice of taking short, intentional naps—usually 15–20 minutes. and science backs it: → restores your dopamine baseline → improves focus + memory consolidation → activates your parasympathetic nervous system to reduce stress → prevents burnout without post-nap grogginess most people power through fatigue with caffeine ❌ this is how you train your nervous system instead ✅ save this for the next time your brain feels overstimulated!!
👇🏻 No fluff just value so make sure to save for later. First focus on quantity - don’t put so much pressure on yourself to get it right. Focus on getting started. You are going to post your first 20 videos on any of your interests Then you will identify the top 20% performing videos & do more of that Repeat this 3x & now you know what quality is Once you’ve done this we can be more strategic in our brand building Focus on your WHAT, WHO, and HOW Or in other words, your message, your target audience, and your uniqueness value. Study high-performing videos as they are algorithmically proven to work. Adapt their structure to your WHAT, WHO, & HOW and now you’ve given your unique content the best chance of success. Lastly be consistent with your 3 R’s : repost, repurpose, and ready (content you’ve already batched).
I want you to remember one thing: I’ve never been disliked by someone I’d wanna trade places with. In other words, you will never be judged by somebody doing more than you—it will always be those doing less. This page & community is a safe place where you can learn my content system without any fear of judgement.
Repeat after me: “content creation is a LONG-term game” Too many creators fall into the “all or nothing” mindset—thinking that one bad post, one missed day, or one lost follower means they’ve failed. But here’s the truth: you’ll never win by living in extremes. Success isn’t built overnight, and it’s definitely not built by quitting every time things don’t go your way. The key is to focus on steady progress, not perfection. Small wins add up over time. So stop stressing over minor setbacks and keep pushing forward—because the creators who stay in the game are the ones who ultimately win. 💪🏼 Keep showing up. Keep creating. Keep growing. You got this! 🙌🏼
i built a college for creators. 300+ masterclasses, 100+ resources and templates. taught to you by the creators who have built their own million dollar creator empires 🎓✨
