Toddler approved Chana masala 1 can full fat coconut milk 1 tbsp ground coriander 1 tbsp onion powder 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp turmeric 3 tbsp double concentrated tomato paste (but it’s even better with 1 cup of cherry tomatoes instead!) 1 can drained chickpeas 2 cups frozen kale or spinach Salt to taste Finish with lemon juice if you’ve got it
More good for babies of all ages content: 1/4 cup red split lentils 1/4 cup short or medium grain white rice 2 cups chicken bone broth 2 slices fresh ginger 1/8 teaspoon turmeric Salt & pepper Ghee
Garlic soup 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 5 garlic cloves, very well smashed 1/4 teaspoons smoked paprika 1 thick slice sourdough, cut into cubes 1 1/2 cups chicken bone broth Salt & pep to taste 1 egg Cook oil and garlic, covered, over medium low heat until golden & soft Add paprika & bread, & toss to coat in fat Add broth & simmer, covered, until the bread is tender Season with s&p to taste. Add an egg, cover and reduce to lowest heat and cook until just set
The next day, if the wood still looks dry slather on another layer of oil and let it soak. Once you’re at a level of hydration you’re happy with, buff off the excess oil with a towel and you are good to go! No need to wash. Happy moisturizing!

Put oil and chicken in a cold pan, place over medium heat, then sear. Remove chicken, then add veggies and salsa. Bring to a simmer, place chicken on top, then braise in oven at 350F for 35 minutes. Serve with tortillas, radish, and sour cream.
