Potstickers Ala Vodka Ingredients: 16 oz ground Italian sausage 16oz package of potstickers 1/3 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup marinara 2oz vodka 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan 2 tablespoons minced garlic 1/2 tsp Black pepper 1 tablespoon Sriracha (optional) 1 tbsp chives 2 tablespoons ricotta (optional) Instructions: 1. Brown off sausage then removed from the pan and set aside. Place frozen potstickers in the pan with one 4th cup of water.. cover with lid and cook for about five minutes until tender. 2. Add in vodka and cook for one minute until burned off. Then add the sausage back in along with garlic, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese and marinara and simmer over medium low heat for 2 to 3 more minutes until the sauce has thickened. 3.
