Replying to @Tania Lynne828 plus after we told them we were moving out and wouldn’t be giving them another dime… they hit us with a 3 day notice to vacate. Say less fam. We outta this dump 🗑️ Between septic backing up into our kitchen a couple weeks ago, our cafe’s game room flooding twice and the ceiling collapsing on my computer last month but then came the mf mice and rats. Instead of fixing the exterior door they were coming in from (community shared bathroom - landlord’s responsibility) they left it how it was and now there are mice in the walls EVERYWHERE. We closed our cafe, are taking the loss, put the $ we owe for rent in a separate account and got everything out and cleaned in 2.5 days 🫰🫰🫰🫰
