I wanted to take time and intentionally celebrate this accomplishment, In a world where secularism is everywhere, you really gotta lock in lol. Throughout this journey the most important lesson Ive learned is, you’re going to keep failing until you lean on God to help you pass. I’ve taken “abstinence” vows before, and it was all fine and dandy until I was tempted…Growth is OVERCOMING adversity, not avoiding it. I knew this time I was done playing with my own potential, and done playing with the promises I made to God. However, don’t let ANYONE make you feel bad about your past, it’s a journey. When you run a cup of coffee under a faucet it doesn’t turn to water instantly. I’m proud of myself & of you no matter where we are in life, but Instead of saying one day… let today be day one.
