8 reps/4 sets!🔥 One of the ways to increase your strength is to move heavy things! This full body strength workout will guide you through that. You can either hit straight sets and do each exercise 4x with one to two minutes rest in between, or to maximize your time put two of the exercises together for a superset. On the screen, I list the weight amounts that I would use, but as always lift within your own abilities. You always want to start light and work your way up.
