Easy dinner and show recommendations for your night alone! Dinner and a show this week is chicken enchiladas and Paradise on @hulu !! Easy and delicious chicken enchiladas recipe below 👇 INGREDIENTS: - 2-2.5 cups shredded chicken (I like to use rotisserie chicken) - 1.5 cups corn (Canned, fresh or frozen! I used frozen fire roasted corn) - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 red onion, finely diced - 1 diced jalapeno - 1/3 cup mayo - 1 lime, juiced - 1 tsp chili powder - 1 tsp garlic powder - Salt & pepper - Flour tortillas - 12oz green enchilada sauce - Toppings: Diced red onion, cilantro, sour cream, salsa, etc! DIRECTIONS 1.Pre-heat oven to 375 2. In a large bowl, add shredded chicken, corn, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, red onion and pickled jalapeños, mayo, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper & 3-4 tbsp of enchilada sauce and mix until well combined 3. Add 3-4 tosp of enchilada sauce to the bottom of the pan. Add 3-4 tbsp of the chicken filling to each of the tortillas, roll tightly and place seal side down into the pan. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas 4. Pour the enchilada sauce over top of the tortillas, top with the additional cup of cheese and bake for 35 minutes

Overcompensating is a 10/10 it’s a satirical comedy with so much heart, it’s actually the main character’s story about being in the closet when going to college- he’s really trying to fit in with the alpha masculine males but is also really starting to want to be true to himself… the characters are so funny they’re all in that awkward college phase they’re all overcompensating for something. It really takes college in 2014-16(ish?) and is able to make fun of it and make it so relatable. It was so fun and easy to watch and I wish I could watch it again for the first time. Sirens on Netflix… If you liked white lotus, perfect couple, big little lies you’ll enjoy this. Its a 5 ep miniseries about rich people and the weird shit they do, but our two main characters aren’t rich and you’re kind of seeing it through these sisters perspectives- one want to be a part of this lifestyles and they other thinks it’s a cult. If you like stories about people and an underlying mystery you’ll enjoy this quick watch! Adults on Hulu just came out and it’s about a group of friends in their twenties living together in queens. It’s very much like Broad City like down to one of the characters reminds me so much of Ilana Glazer. But if you like that silly humor this show is a really fun and easy watch. I’d give it a 7/10 The Other Two on HBO is another show I was binging this weekend. It’s has 3 seasons it’s a satire basically about if Justin Bieber had two older siblings in their twenties what their lives would be like. Like I said it’s very satirical but the characters also grow on you I and it has heart. It’s definitely a fun and easy watch I’d give it an 8/10 The last show is Hacks on HBO I just finished the 4th season and I will never stop talking about how great this show is. It’s about two strong smart women in comedy from two different generations basically being forced to work together but the bond they build is so special

Romanticizing a summer day alone **Probably works with other tumblers lol

New episode of Dinner and a Show dropped! Show: The Four Seasons on Netflix Dinner: Creamy Parmesan chicken pasta instructions: -season chicken breasts generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the spices. -While the chicken is marinating, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine (I used half the package) and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup of pasta water and drain the rest. Set the cooked pasta aside. -In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breasts. Sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely browned. Turn stove temp down and add chicken bone broth and cook an additional 10-15 mi (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest. -In pot used to make pasta, add 3 cloves minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Pour in 1 cup heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Then stir in 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce becomes creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved pasta water, one tablespoon at a time. -Slice the cooked chicken into strips and add them back to the skillet along with the cooked linguine. Toss everything together to coat the pasta and chicken in the creamy sauce. Fold in the fresh spinach and allow it to wilt slightly Serve and enjoy!
