been on the struggle bus for a bit but wanted to start documenting my journey of navigating post BC life. Im determined to find some answers because not feeling like myself & experiencing these symptoms has been super frustrating and emotionally taxing. now I have always been an incredibly anxious person but the rest of these symptoms came right after getting off birth control so now am trying to figure out what correlations there are. im no doctor but one thing that has helped me has been prioritizing a healthy lifestyle - daily movement, a balanced diet, good sleep, trying to lower my cortisol in ways I can, etc - in other words, controlling what I can control. but im lacking direction on what to do and where to go, SO if anyone has experienced this or something similar, please share your story! or if you’re in the DFW area & have doctors that have helped, would greatly apprecaite recs as well!!!!! #gettingoffbirthcontrol #birthcontrol #hormonalbalance #hormonehealing #hairlossjourney #hypothyroidism #hashimotos #imbalancedhormones #postbirthcontrolsyndrome
