WHEW!!! Changes I made to regulate my cortisal levels after finding out I have PCOS in December THAT WOWED MY DOCTOR!!!    I was prescribed Metformin but decided that I did not want to depend on medication.  I truly believe that your body can heal itself and I know my body better than ANYONE ELSE! HERE’S WHAT I DID….. I started taking Dr. Tobia’s 14 day colon cleanse.  After the first 2 days of the cleanse I did a 2 day water fast.  In my opinion, this was the jumpstart to it ALL! I felt great but I knew that I needed to be consistent….. After the 2 day fast,  I ate only raw fruits and vegtables.  My gut was happy!!!  I started to implement meat again after day 4.  I started with fish for a few days and then later chicken but no meat for dinner.   Walking instead of intensive workouts!  In the beginning I walked about 4-6 miles everyday. This would be split between eary morning and evening.   I found that  I was very serious about my nighttime routine also. I CUT OUT COFFEE AND ALCOHOL ! I did ALOT of research on skincare!  I’m obsessed with the routine I have now!! I went to my follow up appointment in April and had another ultrasound.  This lining of my uterus is now normal!!! My cycle was also shorter and wayyyyy less painful!!  I know this is a lot but I definitely want to explain it all thoroughly.  If you suspect you have PCOS demand an ultrasound and blood test!!!
