Should I do nail salons and face treatments next?

There were days I didn’t want to be seen, let alone film. Days where I stared at new breakouts wondering what I was doing wrong. Days I cancelled plans, changed outfits, or hid behind confidence just to cope. But I also had days where I felt okay. Where I caught myself in good light and didn’t flinch. Where I didn’t wear makeup anyway. Acne Awareness Month isn’t just about loving your skin. Sometimes it’s just about not hiding anymore. I don’t have it all figured out but I’ve learned that honesty feels better than perfection and that showing up as you are can quietly change everything.
