One of the best breakfast dishes I’ve ever had, I never get sick of this 🥰 get the recipe below! #ad @undeniably.dairy #undeniablydairy Ingredients (for 1-2 servings): -3 large eggs -1 tablespoon Kosher salt -1 tablespoon white vinegar -1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt -3 cloves garlic, minced -flaky salt, to taste -3 tablespoons butter -1 tablespoon olive oil -1 teaspoon red pepper flakes -1 teaspoon paprika -fresh chives, finely chopped, for garnish -fresh dill, for garnish -toasted crusty bread, for serving Directions: -Poach the eggs. Fill a medium pot about 2/3 of the way with water, and bring to a gentle boil. When the water is just about boiling, add in Kosher salt and white vinegar. Stir the water to mix in the salt and vinegar, and create a vortex by stirring the water quickly. Gently crack the eggs into the vortex, being careful they don't stick together. Allow the eggs to cook for about 4 minutes to achieve a nice, runny yolk. -In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with minced garlic and flaky salt. Combine garlic with yogurt and a pinch of salt. Make three indents for the poached eggs, and place the eggs on top. -In a small pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add in the olive oil, red pepper flakes, and paprika and stir to combine. -Pour butter mixture on top of the eggs and yogurt, and garnish with chives and fresh dill. Serve on toast. Dip the pieces of bread into the melted ice cream until just soaked through. Add the bread into the pan and sear for about 5 minutes, or until deep golden brown. Sear about 5 minutes on the other side, being careful not to burn. -Move French toast to a plate. Garnish with fresh berries and syrup. Def lived up to the hype - recipe below‼️ Ingredients: -kosher salt -1 pound short pasta of choice -1 tbsp olive oil -1 small yellow onion, fine diced -6 cloves garlic, minced, divided -3 tbsp tomato paste -1 lb ground beef -freshly cracked black pepper -2 tsp paprika, divided -1 tsp cayenne pepper, divided -1 cup plain Greek yogurt -1 lemon, divided -4 tbsp salted butter -1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered -1 cucumber, diced -fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish -crumbled feta, for serving Directions: -Heavily salt a pot of water and bring it to boil. Add in the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside. -Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium. Add in the onion and cook until translucent, about 8 minutes. Add in half the minced garlic, and cook about 30 seconds. Add in the tomato paste and cook about 5 minutes, until slightly darkened. -Add in the ground beef and break apart into tiny pieces. Add in a hefty pinch kosher salt, black pepper, half the paprika, and half the cayenne. Cook, stirring often, until fully dark brown and slightly crisped up. -Into a bowl, add in the Greek yogurt, a large pinch kosher salt, the other half of the minced garlic, and juice of half the lemon. Stir to mix. Set aside. -In a small pan over medium low, add in the butter, the other half of paprika, and the other half of cayenne. Cook and mix just until the butter is melted. Remove from heat. -Serve the cooked pasta in bowls, and top with the cooked beef mixture. Top that with some of the yogurt mixture and the melted butter mixture. Garnish with the tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, and feta. Squeeze the other half of the lemon juice over top. Place onto a parchment-lined plate and into the freezer overnight. -In a microwave-safe bowl, add in the dark chocolate chips. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, stopping every 30 seconds to stir. The chocolate should be melted and smooth. -Working quickly and with two forks, dunk the frozen cranberry discs into the melted chocolate so the discs are fully covered. Recipe below‼️ Ingredients: -1 sweet or vidalia onion -3 tbsp salted butter, divided -1 tsp Cajun seasoning -1/2 tsp garlic powder -1/2 tsp onion powder -1/2 tsp kosher salt -1/2 tsp paprika -2 garlic cloves, minced -fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish Directions: -Preheat oven to 400F. -Cut the ends off the onion and peel the outer papery layer off. Carefully use your knife to cut a large hole in the center of the onion. Then, cut 4 slits around the outside. -Cut the butter into 3 sections, then cut one of the sections into 4 very slim sections. Slide the slim butter sections into the slits of the onion, then place one of the large sections into the hole of the onion. Set the 3rd section of butter aside. -Place the onion onto a piece of aluminum foil. Into the hole of the onion, pour the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and paprika. Wrap the whole thing with the foil and bake for about an hour, or until very soft and tender. -When just about ready to serve, place the remaining section of butter plus minced garlic into a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 30 seconds to melt the butter. -Remove the onion from the oven and place it on a plate or in a bowl. Pour the garlic butter over the top and garnish with parsley. Prepare an ice bath. -In a microwave-safe dish, add the sugar and water but don’t stir! Place into the microwave for 3 minutes… being sure to stop every 30 seconds (still don’t stir!) Once the sugar mixture is lightly golden, stop microwaving (this may need an extra 30 secs-1 minute). -Working quickly, dip the fruit skewers into the melted sugar, coating evenly. Get the recipe below‼️ Ingredients (for 2-4 servings): -1 pound short cut pasta (I used paccheri from @Giadzy) -1 tbsp olive oil (I used @Graza) -2 shallots, minced -1/2 cup tomato paste -4 cloves garlic, minced -1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes -1 tbsp Calabrian chilis -1/2 cup vodka (I used @Tito’s Handmade Vodka) -1/2 cup heavy cream -freshly grated Parmesan -1/2 cup frozen peas -kosher salt -black pepper -fresh parsley, chopped Directions: -Cook pasta to al dente in a large pot of heavily salted, boiling water. Reserve 1 cup pasta water and set pasta aside. -Meanwhile, make the sauce. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat, then add in the shallots. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until translucent. Add in the tomato paste and stir, cooking for a few minutes. Add in the garlic and cook for about a minute. Add in the crushed red pepper and Calabrian chilis and stir. Deglaze with the vodka. Grate in about 1/4 cup Parmesan. Pour in the heavy cream and allow the sauce to thicken/come together. Add in peas and cook until combined and the sauce is hot. Add in pasta water if needed to thin it out. Taste for seasoning and add in kosher salt and black pepper to taste. -Add the cooked pasta into the sauce and evenly coat.
