Simple food safety practices are key: - food should not be left out on the counter for more than 2 hours - pre-cut raw fruits & veggies are consistently on the CDC foodborne illness outbreak list - avoid raw shellfish - & stick with pasteurized cheese 🚨 IMPORTANT: This does not mean eating these items WILL make you sick; they are just higher risk! Eat a lot of turkey as long as it is fully cooked....hopefully, it is! Also, eat pumpkin pie; this is safe, homemade, or from the grocery store. Happy Thanksgiving, my friends 💛
