My house is covered in pasta-related paraphernalia and I can never get enough! All these products from @Genuine Fred are on my AZ storefront, and I am also giving away a set of them. Check over on the photo app for details!
iykyk. Marcella Hazan’s tomato sauce is one of the greats. Everyone is skeptical until they give it a try. It’s quick, easy, and tastes great. Marcella Hazan Tomato Sauce with Onions and Butter Recipe: 1. Cut a medium white onion in half and peel it. 2. Add one 28-ounce can of tomatoes to a saucepan. Crush the tomatoes by hand or with a fork. Add 1 tsp salt and 5 tbsp butter. Add the two onion halves, then let the sauce simmer over medium-low heat for 25-30 minutes. Taste and add more salt if necessary. Remove the onion and serve with pasta.

My cooking completely changed after my second daughter was born. I was no longer cooking for fun, but simply to have something to eat. I love cooking, but I lost a bit of my spark. I got tired of making my kids the same things over and over, but hesitant to try something new. It was out of that frustration that Italianish was born: modern twists on classic Italian dishes. I figured, I know my kids already like spaghetti and meatballs, so how can I use those flavors in a new way? And how can I take the dishes that my parents made for me as a kid, but make them fast and simple for our life? I experimented with a lot of one-pot dishes, sheet-pan recipes, and even a bunch of desserts, and Italianish came into fruition! You can order it now wherever you buy your books!
I don’t claim to have all the answers, but this is not it. My heart aches for every child and family affected by the raids in LA and around the country - so many innocent lives uprooted and destroyed. This page will always be a safe space for all.
Replying to @carmendelcordero I know everyone is on high alert for AI these days, so let me promise you that I used absolutely no AI in my new cookbook!
Replying to @chuuyastackyhat_ Let me introduce you to the Rainbow Cookie Cookie! I’m so proud of this one - I took everything that makes the classic Italian rainbow cookie so amazing, but transformed it into a simple round cookie. These almond cookies are probably my favorite of all the cookie recipes I’ve ever developed, I’m so in love with them. Recipe is in Italianish!!!
