Yes, I actually do watch the camera to make sure he is breathing every couple minutes. Is that normal? I mean either way I’m not gonna stop doing it. lol He has the owl sock as well but I say you can never be too sure. I know they say he should sleep on his back but he will absolutely not stay sleep on his back he pops right up as soon as we put him down on his back. I’m so happy he is starting to take naps in his bed because we can finally start getting things done while he’s sleep but I’m also kinda sad because he’s getting so big fast! Why do babies grow so fast?! It’s crazy how you can fall in love with someone you only known for 6 weeks lol He has so much personality already. He is such a little boss baby! He loves looking at EVERYTHING I say this baby been nosy since he popped out! 😂 I know it’s a good thing because he is very observant and learning so fast. We used to let him sleep for hours and hours anytime but we realized if we let him sleep no longer than 3 hours he sleeps better at night. We been waking him feeding him and giving him tummy time and reading him books and he goes right back to sleep with no problem. Do y’all just let them sleep until they wake up or are you trying to schedule feeding? Do y’all babies fall asleep mid feeding? It’s crazy how time flies! I moved to GA from FL during Covid and start going to The Loft Gym and literally met Will within a couple months moving to ATL. I moved here to focus on my business and ended up having a whole new life within 6 months. Taking baby J out in public for the 1st time was so exciting even though he rated outside a 0/0 😂 Everything is a 1st for him so it’s interesting to see how he will react. As a parent I understand how important family time is and I also understand how hard it can be to simply get out the door. Everything that used to be easy is now a task. However I try not to look at things that way and enjoy the moments we have together especially while he is so small. I know he won’t remember but I can’t wait until he’s about 6 months to start taking him to museums and baby music classes. Our little baby is growing up so fast! He is getting all our time and all our love. Having a child together definitely made our bond even stronger and I didn’t know that was possible. The song is so funny to me because I know it’s probably about a break up but it applies so well to parenthood. All the things you used to spend so much time on just seem to fade into the background. No more scrolling for hours in the bed. Every second is so precious and has to be used strategically. I’m so glad my friends and family are understanding because I used to talk to them hours daily and now we have to schedule time to talk on the phone. They have kids too so they get it. Life is definitely different but so worth it. Our phone conversations will forever be interrupted now 😂 Did having kids bring your relationships closer together or did they fall apart? This has definitely been the longest I haven’t worked out in my life! I felt like I was going crazy.
