Pain is a signal that something is wrong. It’s a normal physiological response… but, it’s not normal to be in pain all the time or a lot of the time or even often. ❤️🩹
Sometimes, family and friends can do more harm for our relationships than good when they lack the understanding, nuance, and depth of an interabled relationship. Most nondisabled people are not understanding of all that the chronically ill and disabled have to endure on a daily basis. Nondisabled people are just as much of a burden as anyone else just in different ways that aren’t typically as obvious as a chronically ill and disabled person. No one can truly understand your relationship except for you and your partner or partners. 🖤
The pain and twisting have already started, and it’s only been a week. And I got fluids this week… just not as much as I usually do. 😔 I’m so scared. I thought the occipital neuralgia and intracranial hypertension were bad this year… ha. Let’s bring back the Dystonia…
